AVADO – L&D Style Guide

Before I arrived on the scene, Avado's L&D courses (made in collaboration with the CIPD) had never been graced by a copy editor. As such, styles were haphazard and content was rife with mistakes and inconsistencies. I was tasked with creating a comprehensive L&D style guide that incorporated a section on tone of voice. The guide was shared with instructional designers and contributing writers to Avado L&D uphold editorial standards.
