Holvi's help centre lacked organisation

  • Categories did not align with product

  • Information was duplicated across numerous articles

  • Content was poorly written and outdated.

Solution

  • Audit and renew all sections, subsections, and articles:

    • Restructure information:

      • Create new sections and subsections

        • Delete redundant articles

        • Edit existing articles

        • Create new articles

  • Add relevant anchors and crosslinks

Impact

Holvi's new help center aligns with its in-app navigation (product categories), better meeting user expectations
