Problem

Holvi's push notifications did not make use of device capabilities, such as titles and potential emoji use. Wordings were unclear. Messages were long and repetitive

Solution​

Design and test new push notifications that make use of our full potential to engage customers

Impact

Unfortunately, I do not have impact data to share as I left the company shortly after the new notifications went live
