Defining fintech brand voice

Problem

Holvi product content was being created without structured guidance on what makes copy distinctly 'Holvi'.

Solution

Study various methodologies for establishing a company voice. Apply frameworks created by Torrey Podmarjersky and the UX Content Collective to my work at Holvi.

Impact

When UX content is being drafted, the voice chart helps identify what might make it better. It helps Holvi move away from subjective judgements about copy, towards more strategic decisions on what angle works best for any given in-product experience.​​
